No problem.
For the church, if you're going via the M1, then actually go into Dungannon and follow signs for Cookstown. If you go north of the lough then head into Cookstown and follow straight through and follow signs for Dungannon.
Carland is a small village at the bd corner on this road.

Let me know if you need directions to the house, only up the road from where I grew up so know my way around.

Give me a shout at any time if you get lost.

Work wise nightmare for me to get it off tomorrow as it turns out with a guy away but I've told them I'm going full stop. Will prob have to give the afters a miss and head back into work which I don't want to do but hey. Going be a very sad day but looking like a great send off for Alvin. Will see everyone tomorrow

if i was going from the belfast direction and i didnt know my way about that area, i would go the north route over the lough through magherafelt then cookstown because you just drive straight through cookstown and then take the roundabout to the dungannon road and go on down there.

if you go the dungannon direction, you might find it hard to find a sign for cookstown until you reach the centre of the town. if you know the dungannon way, youre prob better off turning off the m1 to coalisland and through those backroads which bring you out onto the dungannon cookstown road, but i def woulnt recommend it if you dont know the way.

Anytime I'm going to Cookstown is usually to meet up with Alvin and go get airlocked .... can't believe its for his funeral

I will be there tomorrow, its actually starting to sink in a bit now.... its going to be a sad day, but we can all reflect on the many happy times we all had with Alvin, i'm sure ill see many members of the site there although i do not know hardly any at all. and i'm up for a quiet drink and some food to remember our friend afterwards.

Thats a great idea for the donations, and the board get together would be a top idea. I will be attending the funeral with my bro and whoever is with him in the car.
